Client Appointment Guidelines

Appointments are only secured once the required deposit has been received. If no deposit is submitted, the appointment will be canceled.

Clients who accumulate three no-shows will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, kindly send a text message. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this time, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

To maintain a comfortable workspace, no additional guests are permitted during your appointment.

Please arrive with a clean face and groomed eyebrows to allow for the best makeup application.
